At KIPL , the HR department fulfills the requirement of every individual involved in Project & impart training at the level which is required on the basis of his or her existing experience in the industry and knowledge.We also hire the senior professional from the various institutes renowned at National Level and they interact with the people at KIPL time to time basis to broaden the knowledge and update with the latest concepts of the industry.
We define our training programmers at various level and which individual will join which level training that is decided after test & discussing session with individual and also with his immediate Project Manager or Leader
With time the conecept changes that happens in every field but in Information Technology it happens at a very faster rate.Hence we have training programmes at all level from developer to Senior Managers .For this we have defined our levels of training programmes for each indiviual of the company which we call our asset and we take care for them.
